I know this is a guy site but I have to say, what you are doing tonight with your son is the things my own son remembers most about his deceased dad. Building the cars for scouts and fishing, and just generally being together to do things. Just ask him, at 34 he will tell you all about dad projects. Big or small, keep up the good work !!! Did I ever say one time in there to curl up and die? I read it, I wrote it and I never seen where I said curl up and die. Actually for some men, death is too good.
Do I have low self-esteem? Not the last time I checked, I know I am pretty cute, I know I am a good person, I know I can be a smart ass at times, but well, that sure as hell beats being the dumbass you are for your response.
